Resolution authorizing a cooperation agreement or agreements, providing for the transfer of funds not to exceed Two Million Eight Hundred Three Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Dollars ($2,803,480.00) to the City of Pittsburgh Equipment Leasing Authority for the purchase and leasing of vehicles, equipment and accessories for use by City of Pittsburgh Departments.
