Resolution amending Resolution 55 of 2018, which authorized the Mayor to execute relevant agreements to receive grant funding to plan and implement the creation of Financial Empowerment Centers Fund within the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a Professional Service Agreement or Agreements with Neighborhood Allies for the continued operation of Financial Empower Centers for the City and further authorizing agreements or contracts and expenditures not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000).
