Resolution further amending Resolution No. 768 of 2009, effective December 31, 2009, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2010 Capital Budget and the 2010 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2010 through 2014 Capital Improvement Program, by adjusting various line items in conformance with City Council's 2010 Capital Budget amendments,” by reducing BIRMINGHAM FOUNDATION by $176.74, increasing BIRMINGHAM FOUNDATION/BRASHEAR ASSOCIATION by $176.74, and authorizing a subsequent Agreement or Agreements.
