Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the County of Allegheny to support children, youth, and family programs administered by the Department of Human Services, at a total cost not to exceed Two Million Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,400,000.00) over two years.
