Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to execute relevant agreements to receive grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s Automated Red Light Enforcement Funding Program to make signal and intersection upgrades at the intersection of Beaver Avenue and Chateau Street and further providing for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed ONE HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY SIX ($116,636.00) dollars for this stated purpose. The grant requires a match from the City of Pittsburgh in the amount of TWENTY NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY NINE ($29,159.00) dollars for this stated purpose for a total project cost of ONE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY FIVE ($145,795.00) dollars.
