Resolution amending Resolution 107 of 2019, entitled “Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, providing for the planning, design, repairs, maintenance, improvements, emergencies, operations, and/or the purchase of materials, equipment and supplies in connection with the production of the Complete Streets Design Guidelines and associated projects” to increase the total not to exceed to $488,971.00 for payment of work performed by Utile, Inc. (#53063).
