Resolution authorizing the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh to acquire all the City's Right, Title and Interest, if any, in and to the following Publicly-Owned property in the 11th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block 83-A, Lot 32 (part), located on the east side of N. Aiken Avenue, north of Black Street, with the part of said property being more particularly located between Block 83-A, Lot 48 and Block 83-A, Lot 51 (Council District No. 9).
