Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for purposes of establishing responsibilities related to the inspection of City-owned highway tunnels in conformance with the NTIS, at no cost to the City.
