Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to execute relevant agreements to receive grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development’s Multimodal Transportation Program for the design and construction of street and sidewalk infrastructure and pedestrian/plaza space at and near the intersection of Beechview Ave and Broadway Ave and further providing for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND ($600,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose.
