Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Pennsylvania Historic and Museum Commission, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Norfolk Southern Railroad, and various other stakeholders concerning certain historic mitigation measures to be taken by Norfolk Southern Railroad in the course of its replacement of the Merchant Street Bridge within the City of Pittsburgh.
