Resolution further amending Resolution No. 772 of 2012, effective January 1, 2013, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2013 Capital Budget and the 2013 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2013 through 2018 Capital Improvement Program,” by removing unencumbered funds from projects pending closure pursuant to Chapter 218 of the City Code.
