Resolution amending Resolution 519 of 2025 which authorized the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Buchanan, Ingersoll, & Rooney PC for legal consulting services in connection with complex real property litigation and related matters, by increasing the contract amount by Fifty-Five Thousand Dollars ($55,000) for a new not to exceed amount of One Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($130,000) over one (1) year.
