Resolution authorizing the transfer by the City of Pittsburgh to Allegheny County certain temporary construction easement rights on certain property within the 2nd, 22nd, and 23rd Wards of the City of Pittsburgh in cooperation with an Allegheny County construction project in and around the Roberto Clemente Bridge.
