Resolution amending Resolution 413 of 2025, which authorized the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Block & Associates for legal services in connection with a current City construction project, by increasing the contract amount by Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000) for a new not to exceed amount of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000) over one (1) year.
