Resolution further amending Resolution No. 492, effective October 8, 2020, entitled “authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, between the City of Pittsburgh and Renaissance 3 Architects, for the professional architecture services for Robert E. Williams Community Building - Reconstruction and Design Documents, at a cost not to exceed THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY SIX DOLLARS AND EIGHT CENTS ($321,296.08), for professional services” by increasing the total allocation to $83,953.63
