Resolution amending Resolution No. 410-2019 entitled “Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance to enter into a Contract or Agreement with GBWH Pittsburgh LLC, New Horizons to provide ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) V4 Foundation to support ongoing development of Innovation & Performance staff who support critical IT infrastructure for a sum not to exceed Forty One Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($41,600)” to authorize the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance to enter into an Agreement or Agreements or amendments thereto with GBWH Pittsburgh LLC, New Horizons to provide ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) V4 Foundation to support ongoing development of additional Innovation & Performance staff who support critical IT infrastructure at an additional amount not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($30,000.00) for a total not-to-exceed amount of Seventy-One Thousand Six Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($71,600.00).
