Ordinance amending and supplementing the City of Pittsburgh Code, Title One (“Administrative”), Article VII (“Procedures”), by amending Chapter 161 (“Contracts”) with respect to procurement procedures for small non-professional service agreements (i.e. $10,000 or less) utilized by the Department of Parks & Recreation and the Department of Public Safety, Office of Special Events for recreational and instructional purposes.
