Resolution amending Resolution No. 376 of 2021, which authorized the Mayor and Director of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of City of Pittsburgh to enter into a Professional Service Agreement (s) and/or Amendments with Planet Technologies for essential support and maintenance services for the continued operation of CITY’S SAAS email and data file collaboration- this amendment is to rectify the difference of Fifteen Thousand and Seven Hundred Dollars ($15,700) between amount in the contract and amount in legislation due to the use of emergency COVID legislation in 2020.
