Resolution amending Resolution 345 of 2020, which authorized the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Fox Rothschild LLP, 2000 Market St., 20th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19103 for professional consulting and legal services in relation to False Claims Act litigation by increasing the total spend by Fifteen Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($15,000.00) for a new not to exceed amount of Two Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($295,000.00).
