Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of City Planning to execute relevant agreements to enter into a partnership agreement with the City of Dortmund Germany to facilitate and promote cooperation on sustainable urban development. Both cities will participate in creating a cooperation plan, reports, and documentation of the lessons learned from the other city/cities over the course of the program.
