Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance to enter into Startup Participation Agreements with selected entities as part of the seventh cohort of PGH Lab and further authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance to enter into Program Participation Agreements with local municipal entities to allow such entities to test products and services as part through PGH Lab.
