Resolution authorizing Thirty-nine (39) Open-End Professional Services Agreements with twenty-four (24) vendors to provide professional services on an on-call basis as required related to professional IT services as needed by the various Departments of the City of Pittsburgh, each Agreement being at an amount not-to-exceed two hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) annually for a two (2) year term with up to two additional one year options, and providing for funding of the costs thereof,
