Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code of Ordinances, Title Four, “Public Places and Property”, and Title Five, “Traffic”, and Article Five, “Legislative”, Chapter 151, to regulate parking in City-owned surface lots, City-utilized property and on-street parking spaces reserved for paid parking for City employees.
