Resolution amending Resolution 554 of 2024, providing for a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design, Final Design, and Right-Of-Way phases of the 28th Street Bridge project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Two Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($2,975,000.00), an increase of One Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($145,000.00) from the previously executed agreement for costs associated with the Final Design phase of the project, reimbursable at ninety-five percent; and the municipal share of Commonwealth Incurred Costs not to exceed Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($5,500.00), an increase of Zero Dollars ($0.00) from the previously executed agreement.
