Resolution amending Resolution #500 of 2020 which authorized the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance to enter into a maintenance agreement with OPEX Corporation for maintenance services related to the FalconRED document scanning workstation by exercising the option to extend the term of the agreement for one year at a cost not to exceed Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Forty Five Dollars and Zero Cents ($12,545.00).
