Resolution amending Resolution 52 of 2021 providing for an Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh (“City”) and the Borough of Wilkinsburg (“Borough”) for the collection of a portion of the Borough's municipal waste by the City for a term of five (5) years, by extending the ending date by six (6) months to June 30, 2026, and increasing the amount by Five Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Five Dollars and Seventy-Five Cents ($539,785.75) for a new cost not to exceed Five Million Six Hundred Thirteen Thousand Twenty-Five Dollars and Twenty-Six Cents ($5,613,025.26).
