Resolution amending Resolution No. 201 of 2021, entitled “Resolution providing for an Agreement with the Fair Housing Partnership of Greater Pittsburgh, to provide training on the Fair Housing Act to staff of the City of Pittsburgh, Urban Redevelopment Authority, and/or Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, and to private landlords operating in Pittsburgh; and, to provide quarterly presentations and technical assistance on the Fair Housing Act to staff of the City of Pittsburgh, Urban Redevelopment Authority, and/or Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, in an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Dollars ($259,000.00)” to change the funding source for budget years 2022 through 2024 to the CDBG ADMINISTRATION line item.
