NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby recognizes and commends the Department of Public Works 5th Division and the Emerald Parks Division for their dedicated service to our community; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, December 2, 2025, to be “DPW 5th Division Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
