Resolution amending Resolution No. 344 of 2021 entitled “Resolution providing for a Letter of Amendment to the agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Construction phase of the South Side Signals project, providing for the payment of municipal incurred costs thereof, not to exceed Three Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($3,350,000.00); Federally reimbursable to 100 percent with a municipal share of Commonwealth Incurred Costs of Zero Dollars ($0.00).” to increase the budget authority for the construction phase to Four Million Ninety Thousand Six Hundred and Forty Dollars ($4,090,640.00), an increase of Seven Hundred Forty Thousand Six Hundred and Forty Dollars from the previously executed Agreement.
