NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and commend Pittsburgh Action Against Rape for its commitment to prevention and services for victims of sexual assault of all ages and congratulates PAAR for 50 years of remarkable and impactful service to the City of Pittsburgh. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, April 19th, 2022 to be “PAAR Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
