Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011, entitled “adopting and approving the 2012 Capital Budget and the 2012-2017 Capital Improvement Program” by transferring funds within District 4 Neighborhood Needs to Volunteers Field, Seldom Seen Park, and further correcting the name of an existing project.
