Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, between the City of Pittsburgh and Lori Hepner, for the creation and installation of public art as part of the new Davis Avenue Bridge, at a cost not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00).
