Resolution providing for the filing of applications by the Commonwealth of PA, Department of Human Services for grants in connection with the Joint Jobs Initiative Program Employment Advancement and Retention Network (EARN) and providing for the authorization to enter into agreements with various agencies and to pay for expenditures for costs to support, implement and administer the program.
