Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter into a Facility Usage Agreement or Agreement(s) with POORLAW, for use of the Burgwin Pool Building located at 328 Mansion St, Pittsburgh PA 15207, in order to provide recreational and community-focused activities, for a term of five (5) years at no cost to the City.
