Resolution amending 347 of 2020, which authorized the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Cozen O’Connor for professional legal services in connection with an employment related matter, by increasing the total spend by $25,000.00 for a new not to exceed amount of $40,000.00.
