Resolution further amending Resolution No. 675 of 2008, effective January 29, 2009, entitled “Adopting and approving the 2009 Capital Budget; and approving the 2009 through 2013 Capital Improvement Program” by removing unencumbered funds from projects pending closure pursuant to Chapter 218 of the City Code.
