Resolution further amending Resolution No. 781 of 1998, effective January 1, 1999, entitled “Adopting and approving the 1999 Capital Budget and the 1999 Community Development Block Grant Program; and the 1999 through 2004 Capital Improvement Program” by removing unencumbered funds from projects pending closure pursuant to Chapter 218 of the City Code.
