Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a Professional Service Agreement or Agreements with Open Innovation Plans, LLC for records management software services at an overall cost to the City not to exceed ONE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY-FOUR DOLLARS and SIXTY CENTS ($104,944.60).
