Resolution providing for an agreement with Swank Construction Company, LLC for the Construction Phase of the 30th Street Bridge Preservation Project; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Million Nine Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($1,950,000.00).
