Resolution amending Resolution 307, approved May 12, 2015, granting unto UNITED STATE GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, their successors and assigns, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, to remove/relocate existing bollards and planters and replace with security compliant bollards, a post and beam rail and a swing gate, at 1000 Liberty Avenue, in the 2nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
