Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to apply for a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development’s Multimodal Transportation Fund for the Davis Avenue Pedestrian Bridge Project and further providing for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($2,500,000.00) dollars.
