NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Pittsburgh City Council does hereby recognize and honor the entrepreneurial spirit and rich contribution of Mrs. Monique Smith to create equitable spaces for Black wine professionals and enthusiasts to thrive; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare August 7, 2022, to be “The Noir Company Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
