Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to accept a donation from Pepsi of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) to be deposited into the operating budget of the Bureau of Fire.
