Resolution authorizing the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh to acquire all the City's Right, Title and Interest, if any, in and to the following Publicly-Owned properties in the 3rd Ward of the City of Pittsburgh designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block 11-A, Lots 36 and 42, and Block 11-E, Lots 304 and 306 (North side of Reed Street, between Heldman and Roberts streets, and east side of Miller Street, north of Colwell - Council District No. 6).
