Resolution amending Resolution 898 of 2021, authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an Amended Professional Service Agreement or Agreements with Lexipol LLC for software subscription-based policy management, wellness and training services at an overall cost to the City not to exceed FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN THOUSAND FORTY-NINE DOLLARS and SIXTY-SEVEN CENTS ($557,049.67). The current agreement is being amended in order to add funds for two additional years’ subscription to the Cordico Wellness App, utilized by personnel in the Bureaus of Police, Fire, and Emergency Medical Services.
