Resolution providing for a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design phase of the Penn Ave Signal Improvements Project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Seven Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Six Hundred and Sixty Dollars ($753,660.00). This resolution serves to authorize only the Reimbursement Agreement, at a cost to the City of Pittsburgh not to exceed Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00). Future Resolutions will authorize the project specific service agreements.
