Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Eastern Research Group, Inc. to provide recycling education outreach services in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) over a period of one (1) year.
