Resolution providing for an agreement or agreements with Power Construction Company for the Construction Phase of the CBD Signals Phase 4 Project; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Three Million Eight Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Two Hundred One Dollars and Twenty Cents ($3,822,201.20).
