Resolution amending Resolution #648 of 2019, which authorized the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance to enter into an agreement or agreements with Maher Duessel to provide auditing services to the City of Pittsburgh, by exercising the additional option years to extend the term of the agreement for two years. Total cost not to exceed Six Hundred Seventy Two Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Nine Dollars ($672,859) over five years.
