Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority for administrative services for Commonwealth Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (“RACP”) awards, for a sum not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) over five years and for the payment of the costs thereof.
